This is All Paws Together returns and refunds policy and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER
In accordance with the law, you have a 7-day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.

RETURNS POLICY
Should any product purchased from All Paws Together be found to be faulty, damaged upon delivery or differing from the description shown on the All Paws Together website, then we will be pleased to arrange a replacement or a refund of the item purchased.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item by mistake from All Paws Together it may be returned within 7 days and we will be pleased to offer a replacement or refund, provided that the item is in new and unused condition and contained in it's original packaging. It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the unwanted item by an insured courier or signed-for mail.
HOW TO CANCEL WITHIN THE 7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 days 'cooling off' period, please email us at info@allpawstogether.co.uk or write to us at the above address.
REFUNDS DUE TO CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your purchase within this 7-day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full. If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque, which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.
REPLACEMENTS
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product for any reason please inform us within 7 days from the date your order is received. We shall be happy to send a replacement or refund your money (excluding delivery costs).
Please note if the item(s) arrives back to us with signs of wear and tear from use and not in a saleable condition, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address above. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in all its original packaging. Then send the package to the address above.

Please note we will contact you to let you know when we have processed your return.
If you return an item due to the wrong size being ordered and want another size sent, we reserve the right to charge for postage of the replacement.
