HOW CAN I PAY
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Solo through our secure online payment system with Pay Pal. Postal Orders and cheques made payable to (All Paws Together) can be sent to the address on our Returns and Refund page. Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear.
DELIVERY - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
We dispatch all orders within 24hrs Monday to Friday. All items are sent 1st class recorded delivery, so your delivery should arrive in about 3-5 days depending on Royal Mail.

Please feel free to email if you require delivery overseas (before you make your purchase) info@allpawstogether.co.uk We do not accept responsibility for customs charges on orders. Please check your own country's import charges before ordering from outside the UK.
Unfortunatly we are unable to send DOG AND CAT FURNITURE AND BEDS worldwide.
REFUNDS DUE TO CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your purchase within the 7-day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full. If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque, which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charge for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 days 'cooling off' period, please email us at info@allpawstogether.co.uk or write to us at the address on the refund and returns page.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Should any product purchased from All Paws Together be found to be faulty, damaged upon delivery or differing from the description shown on the All Paws Together website, then we will be pleased to arrange a replacement or a refund of the item purchased.
CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN
Yes, we would advise you to use a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to track your parcel. We cannot accept liability for non receipt of goods.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY DOG
Dogs come in all shapes and sizes, manufacturers have their own size ranges so please don't rely on terms like Small, Medium and Large. Measure your dog accurately.
BACK MEASUREMENT
Start at the base of your dog's tail and measure to the nape of your dog's neck, this is important for dogs having new dog coats or dog jackets, which need to cover the length of the back.
CHEST/GIRTH
To measure your dog's chest/girth, measure the fullest part of your dog's chest/girth try to keep the measuring tape inline all the way around the body. Allow room between your dogs chest/girth for comfort.
COLLAR SIZE
Measure around the lower part of your dogs neck, allow 2 fingers between your dog's neck and the measuring tape.
